I have been satisfied with the service I have received over the years on my former Porsche C2.  I have yet to require service on my C4S, but your support of my effort to upgrade tires and wheels was spectacular.  I now have a great set of OZ custom wheels, which really set the look of my car off from the standard Porsches, if a Porsche can ever be standard.  I do have a question.  Do you have the service computer for a 2003 vintage 996?  I would like to check some settings and that computer is required for the check.
